Homestay Rates

Homestay rates in New York based on many factors like location, in-room amenities, and number of meals being offered. Following is a list showing starting rates per room per month:

1. Above daily rates are based on single occupancy in a private room.

2. Double occupancy or couples sharing the same room are welcome, however the chosen rate will be multiplied by one and a half time.

3. * Our minimum stay is two weeks. Above daily rates will apply for stays of 21 days or less.

4. Our minimum age for any applicants is 18 years old.

Our minimum Standards:

Home stays are different; therefore, we take the time to check all accommodations and make sure that they meet our minimum standards. All Home stays will include the following:

1. English speaking family

2. Room with a window

3. Comfortable bed (includes linen, duvet, blanket and two pillows per bed)

4. Night table, lamp, and alarm clock/radio or a dresser

5. Work desk with chair and desk lamp

6. Closet and mirror

7. Access to TV with cable channels in the living room

8. Private or shared bathroom

9. If meals included: See B&B, 2 meals, or 3 meals plans
